Pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Estimates shown are for budgeting purposes only and are not guaranteed until your proposal is finalized, your event details are confirmed, and your booking is secured with a signed agreement and retainer. Changes to design, quantities, materials, location, or event requirements may affect pricing.
Delivery & Mileage
Delivery is not included in the rental price and will start at $250 depending on package selected and location.
Events located more than 30 miles from Austin are subject to a minimum mileage fee of $3 per mile.
Travel outside the Austin area is available up to 250 miles maximum, requires a minimum of 30 days’ notice, and is subject to availability.
Site Access & Installation Requirements
To ensure a safe, secure, and successful installation, the following site conditions must be met:
Setup Surface & Location
Tents must be installed on flat, level ground free of obstructions.
Tents cannot be installed over solid objects, bushes, trees, furniture, vehicles, dirt, mud, second-floor decks, or elevated surfaces.
Installation is not permitted beneath overhanging power lines, tree branches, gazebos, or other overhead structures.
Draped canopies require a stable surface and cannot be installed on dirt.
Minimum Clearance Requirements: A minimum of 5 ft of clear space is required on all sides of the structure and 5 ft of unobstructed overhead clearance to allow for safe installation and removal.
Anchoring & Ground Conditions
Grass Installations:
Tents are anchored using stakes up to 36 inches in length.
All underground utilities and irrigation lines must be clearly marked prior to installation.
Any required permits are the responsibility of the client.
Concrete or Hard Surface Installations:
Depending on tent size and site conditions, water barrels may be required for proper anchoring.
If water barrels are required, the client must provide a water source within 50 feet of the setup area.
Adequate drainage must be available for water disposal following the event.
If water barrels cannot be used or supplied, please contact our office in advance to discuss alternative anchoring solutions. Additional fees may apply.
Weather & Safety Policy
This tent is not intended as shelter from extreme weather conditions.
In the event of high winds, unsafe weather, or site conditions that pose a risk of injury or damage, installation may be canceled at our discretion.
If cancellation occurs due to weather, a raincheck will be issued for the tent rental.
All tents must be evacuated immediately if high-wind conditions arise during the event.
